| This News page below is to give you a quick jump to whatever is new. If this is your first visit here are a few pages that might be a good start. | My site is split into two main sections: stuff I've written (stories, poems, and whatnot) and the toy chest (a place for me to show off autographs, share movie reviews and such). One odd thing (I say "odd" because it doesn't really fit with anything else I do on this site) I will eventually try to do is make accessible some Microsoft Access databases I've created. This will be determined my available space and data transfer limitations. | Since my experiences include a great deal of talking into a microphone I thought I might see if there was any interest in MP3 downloads of anything I've written. I am only going to put the effort into this if I get enough favorable responses so drop me a line and tell me which of my writings (if any) you would most like to hear me read. MP3's of others reading my works will be available whenever possible. Again, this will depend on space and data transfer limitations. |

1/2006 I've updated the information about my upcoming book (see the link at the top of the page) including a scan of the cover! I've also added some excerpts from a paper I wrote many years ago on the life and works of C.S. Lewis. If you've ever gotten into a debate over whether or not The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe was written as a religious allegory you might find it interesting. I'm working on some other new material that I hope to have ready soon. Check back.
8/2005 I've had a publisher offer me a contract on my book Teaching the Wisemen! I will keep a page updated as I go through the publication process and ultimately have the book available on my site. Use the link at the top of this page to see the updates. A few of my visitors have pointed out to me that my contact information is hard to find on this site and that my Tell A Friend buttons do not work. I will work on that if you can bear with me for a bit (I'm just about to move out of my house and will not have much time to work on the site). For right now please use the Writing button on the left navigational pane then look for the Reader Response button at the bottom of the new menu. That will generate an email to send me.
7/2005 I've recently won an award and added new publications to my list of credits. Visit the Publishing Credits page for more information. Here's a scan of the award: Poetry Award 2005 I've added the poem that garnered the award here The Time Without You. There's a new Images page with various pictures I wanted to show off. I've also made a few other minor changes in appearance and wording.
5/2005 I've been experimenting with some nicer looking designs. Instead of having everything read like a Word document I've segmented some of it and added some new backgrounds. Let me know what you like and don't like about it.
A couple of new things to read. One is about some extremely odd Dreams I've had. The other is an old essay I wrote in college called Boethius And Free Will, but I have to warn you, if you believe in predestination you may get offended. That's fine. Use the reader response form to send me some nice hate mail. I added a link above to what I'm currently reading and hearing rather that putting it on my Favorites page.
2/26/04: Trying out some new graphics and colors. Some don't look as good as I'd like and will be changed on the next update. Added some hit counters, a reader response form, and a poll to see which Qat picture you like most.
